Introducing Subscriptions

A subscription defines what a workspace can access on the Reliable Insights Platform.

Each workspace has its own subscription. The subscription controls the features, limits, and allowances available in that workspace, such as Studio access, Pipeline access, API access, user seats, credits, storage, and support options.

You can choose a pre-made bundle or build a custom bundle that better matches your team’s needs.

What a subscription controls

A subscription determines which platform capabilities are available in a workspace.

  • Product access - Whether Studio, Pipeline, RI Connect, and other platform areas are available.
  • Credits - The Engine Credits and Pipeline Credits available to the workspace.
  • User seats - The number of users who can be added to the workspace.
  • Storage - The amount of workspace storage available.
  • API access - The level to which API workflows are available through RI Connect.
  • Support - The level of support included with the workspace.

Choosing a subscription

You can choose a subscription in two ways:

  • Choose a bundle - Select one of the pre-made bundles available through RI Platform.
  • Build your own bundle - Select the individual features and quantities you need.
